Intro
We have almost a full midweek schedule of J1 league games this GW. Unfortunately the Kawasaki vs Sagan Tosu game has been postponed due to covid cases :(
I have made the predicted lineups for games on the Sorare Sharp app which can be found here:

I have also copy pasted the image of the lineups incase you have difficulty accessing the desktop site.
Important to note the %s used here and where they are not above 75% it is because I feel there is some risk involved. My main aim with these is to show where risk/potential DNPs are lurking.
I base these %s on info I read from various sources including comments from the manager and reading a lot of local Japanese news coverage/message boards.
These are my own opinion of the situation at each team. I try to be as neutral as possible but we all have biases :) So always do your own research when making picks! I may well miss something but a lot of times its due to lack of information where we get "surprise" DNPs. I will also have more info for players I own as a I naturally check those more actively.
Player Suspensions
J1 League GW280
Kashima vs C.Osaka
Last game had a number of surprise picks - I see Min tae retaining his position and Caike returning and left mid.
Everaldo could start though im 50/50 about it.
Harakawa hasnt been seen in training so isnt in my lineup
Nishio is pushing for a start and I just about have him starting here though its uncertain his condition is 100%
Kashiwa vs Nagoya
Takahashi returns in defence after suspension
I have Muto starting upfront after a number of impressive performances
Fujii was confirmed as being out due for the last game due to illness and the manager has said hes ok though im still 50/50 with him as not seen training photos.
Morishita returns from suspension
Abe is pushing for midfield spot and Sento and Silva i see at rotation risk
FC Tokyo vs Sapporo
Nakamura is injured and there is a lack of natural cover there. I have either Watanabe or Nagatomo playing though a change in formation cant be ruled out
Konno started and scored the last game so I see him keeping his spot
Abe is out injured. Leandro could start though it was hard to fit him in esp when the shape of the team is a little uncertain with the injuries that Tokyo have.
Ogashiwa in full training though im still wary about him starting here considering he has had setbacks in the past. He will almost cert be in the squad though.
I have Nakano starting in place of the suspended Sugeno
Yokohama FM vs Hiroshima
Ceara was seen in training and is fit to play from the looks of things
I expect some rotation in this game. Tsunoda went off early with what looked like heat stroke so I have eduardo playing in the LCB spot.
Hatanaka has also played alot of mins so I see Iwata slotting in here though he could also play in midfield
Nishimura is playing great and M.Junior not feeling 100% so I have this spot at 50/50
I expect Fujii to return for this game
Junior Santos is pushing for a start, at the mo ive kept a similar team to last time
Shonan vs Gamba Osaka
Tani cant play this game due to contractal reasons
Tomii hasnt been in the squad recently and so I expect Mawatari (no card) to play.
Saito cant play due to contractual reasons
Shoji I see pushing for a start. I am uncertain which spot he takes though
With so many games in a short space, I see Yamami coming back in and Patric pushing for a start though we cant rule out Sakamoto here who has been playing very well.
Iwata vs Fukuoka
Grolli returns from suspension and I see him starting with either Nara or Miya
No indication who will be favoured between Nagaishi and Murakami hence it being 50/50. I give a slight edge to Murakami though I suggest not using on sorare if possible.
Kobe vs Shimizu
As Vissel won the last game, I see them keeping a similar looking side.
Tatsuta went off at half time in the previous game and is a doubt for this one
Matsuoka, Kololli and Junior are pushing for starts in this one. Alot will depend on the condition/fatigue of the starters of the weekend game.
Urawa vs Kyoto
I havent seen Junker in training so I see a makeshift striker again for Urawa
Sakai should come in for this one
Matsuda info is hard to come by. The message boards suggest he is in training though his condition/match fitness is still unknown

I hope you found this useful! Midweek GWs are particular hard to predict and with the record heatwave that hit Japan last week, I expect plenty of rotation for teams in general.
This is just a guide and my own personal opinion based on research of various sites and analysing previous games. Remember to do your own research and pray to the opta gods :D

Recently with the growth of the discord (which is great!), I am struggling to keep up with all the requests. I plan to still be active on the main discord, as a big passion for me is to grow a J league specific community. At the same time I want to grow an area specific to more detailed data analysis and providing bespoke service to users eg underdog/specialist suggestions and SO5 coaching etc.
I am aware that for casuals its important to keep things free or minimal costs and will provide more info in the next day or two on this. As with anything, happy to take feedback and adapt the service as I go!
